A spokesperson from Bucks Fire and Rescue believes the fire started from ‘discarded domestic waste containing hot embers from a barbecue or cigarettes.’
They said: “Firefighters are urging people to take care with their household waste following a fire in an external brick-built bin store this morning.
“The likely cause was discarded domestic waste containing hot embers from a barbecue or cigarettes.”

They have also asked people to ‘thoroughly cool’ their waste so that ‘it is cold when placed in the bin or sack’.
There were no reported injuries.
