Items such as a handbag, cash cards, and money were stolen after a house in Marlow was burgled in broad daylight.

The offenders entered the property on Glade Road at approximately 2.50pm on Wednesday, June 15, before leaving at 3.15pm.

This is the second burglary to hit the town in two days.

Investigating officer P1739 Paulina Wodzynska of the Investigation Hub based at High Wycombe said: "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on 101, quoting reference 43200180095.

"If you don’t want to speak directly to the police, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
