UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced a further easing of lockdown restrictions which will come into place next month.

From July 4, restaurants, hotels, barbers and pubs will be allowed to reopen - subject to the businesses following strict safety measures.

Playgrounds, outdoor gyms and arcades, libraries, social clubs and community centres, museums, galleries and theme parks can all also reopen.

People will also be allowed to meet with one other household indoors - whilst following social distancing measures.

Boris Johnson has also said the two-metre rule will be reduced to 'one metre plus' in circumstances where the two-metre rule cannot be adhered to.
