Buckinghamshire Council deals with thousands of planning applications every year.

They range from house owners wanting to build an extension to new homes, shops, businesses and even chopping down trees.

Here are some of the most interesting projects announced from last week - the council will now consider whether each should go ahead.

Units 49, 50, 53 & 54 Binders Industrial Estate, Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill 

An outline application for the demolition of four existing industrial buildings at this site has been submitted.

Plans to erect one single shed comprising of four units with associated parking in it's place are included in the proposal.

Unit 2 The Common, Stokenchurch

Plans have been submitted to demolish the existing commercial property on this site and construct a replacement commercial building.

The Bell, Frogmoor, High Wycombe

The Bell in High Wycombe have submitted a plan to erect a single storey rear extension.

This extension would include the insertion of roof lights in existing ground floor & conversion of cellar 

The Old Bakehouse, Turville Valley Road, Turville 

This household has submitted an application to complete internal works on tis property.

The house is in dire need of improvements internally after it was initially damaged by a fire. 

20 Roberts Road High Wycombe

A proposa has been put forward to change the interal layout of this property and convert it into more homes.

The existing three bedroom house will be replaced by one flat and one studio flat, if plans are given the green light.
