Marlow based chef Tom Kerridge has slammed customers who made reservations at his London restaurant but did not arrive.

The 46-year-old, who owns the Hand of Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, took to Instagram to express his anger after nearly 30 people did not arrive at his Kerridge’s Bar and Grill in London, despite making reservations in advance.

A group of four boys were threatened with a machete after an argument on a busy High Wycombe road.

At some point between 3.50pm and 4.30pm on July 7, four boys riding bicycles on London Road were involved in an argument.

Months of major road disruption is expected as work gets underway to improve the A40 London Road corridor into High Wycombe.

The project, which aims to ease congestion by Micklefield RoadJunction, involves replacing traffic lights with smart signals along the Loudwater to High Wycombe corridor to enable traffic to flow better.

A Bucks millionaire has urged the Government to tax her more to help with the fallout from Covid-19, and believes living with vast amounts of wealth without giving back is "just wrong".

Gemma McGough, from Princes Risborough - who works in the tech sector, is one of 83 millionaires to sign an open letter calling on all world governments to raise taxes on the wealthy "immediately, substantially and permanently".
