A driver who was under the minimum driving, unlicensed and uninsured was stopped by police in Chesham.
The vehicle was stopped by police officers on patrol after being spotted in the town.
Officers seized the vehicle and reported the driver.

Speaking on Twitter, Thames Valley Police Chiltern and South Bucks wrote: "Another vehicle seized last night.
"This time in #hesham after the underage, unlicensed and uninsured driver bumped into one of our units on patrol."
