Four men have been charged in connection with an apparent kidnap that saw a man bundled into a car and taken to an abandoned pub.
Four of those men have since been charged.
It is all part of an ongoing investigation into an apparent aggravated burglary and kidnapping that happened in the early hours of Sunday, July 19.
A 19-year-old man was allegedly forced into a car following a fight on Marlow Hill in the early hours and taken to the abandoned former country pub Annie Bailey’s in Chesham Road, Great Missenden.
Police say he was held there and beaten, leaving him with a broken nose and bruising to his body.
The four men who have been charged in connection with the terrifying incident are:
- Haidar Azad, 18, of Tower Street, High Wycombe
- Zain Hanif, aged 20, of Gordon Road, High Wycombe
- Shamriz Tariq, aged 18, of Gomm Place, High Wycombe
These three have been charged with one count each of kidnap and section 18 – grievous bodily harm with intent following the raids.
- Kasim Nawaz, 20, of The Roperies, High Wycombe
Nawaz was charged with one count each of kidnap, section 18 – grievous bodily harm with intent and aggravated burglary.
All four men have been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on a date yet to be set.
