July 15

  • Stuart Coutts, 58, of East Common, Gerrards Cross. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A412 North Orbital Road in Denham on June 26, 2019. Recorded speed was 37mph. Fined £484. Costs £133. Driving record endorsed with three points.
  • Shoaib Khan, 28, of Buckingham Way, Flackwell Heath. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £385. Costs £123. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Noman Shafqat, 24, of Chiltern Avenue, High Wycombe. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660. Costs £216. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Noman Shafqat, 24, of Chiltern Avenue, High Wycombe. Using a vehicle on Farnham Road, Slough, without third party insurance, on February 11. Fined £660. Driving record endorsed. Using a handheld mobile phone while driving on Farnham Road, Slough, on February 11. Fined £220. Driving record endorsed.
  • Benjamin Hargreaves, 36, of Highwood Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe, on July 15, 2019. Fined £146. Costs £117. Disqualified from driving for six months.

July 16

  • Wasim Khalil, 20, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis (vehicle driver). On November 2, 2019, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and being required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis, failed to do so. Fined £465. Costs £446. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Vijay Tanda, 39, of Hillary Road, Langley. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Hurworth Avenue on July 6, 2019. Fined £519. Costs £462. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

July 20

  • Michael Dalley, 26, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit on West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, on April 9. Community order made – carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. Costs £175. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Taking a motor vehicle without the owners’ consent in Marlow on April 9. Community order made – 40 hours unpaid work.
