A huge fire broke out in a field near the M25 - prompting dozens of calls from motorway drivers.
Smoke could be seen billowing over the motorway after the fire broke out in a field by Over The Misbourne in Gerrards Cross.
Firefighters from Gerrards Cross, Amersham, Beaconsfield and Hillingdon have been battling the blaze since being called at around 2.30pm.
Videos from the scene appear to show the fire spreading in the wind and an eyewitness said it appeared to have been getting "more and more out of control".
Bucks Fire and Rescue said they have been using hose reels and beaters to put the blaze out, on what has been one of the hottest day of the year so far.
