Marlow Gin has recently been awarded a silver medal at this year’s International Wine and Spirits Competition.

The contest, which was created by wine chemist Anton Massel in 1969 to celebrate the finest spirits and wins across the world, saw Marlow Gin achieved a staggering 91/100, which earned them the award.

After finding out their achievement on August 7, Marlow Gin said on Twitter: “We're really proud to have been awarded a Silver Medal at the @theIWSC (International Wine and Spirits Competition) with 91/100 for our signature Marlow Gin.

“Thank you all for your ongoing support.”

A judge said of their gin: " Luscious, refreshing lemon sorbet marries resinous alpine spruce.

“Moist fresh cucumber blends seamlessly with fragrant aromatic juniper notes.
