A driver ended up having his vehicle seized after officers initially spotted him holding his phone.
After officers from the Thames Valley Police road policing unit spotted the driver holding his phone in Aylesbury on Tuesday morning, they pulled him over.

After stopping the van, the officers discovered that the driver was not holding a valid licence.
He was reported and the van was seized.
