Approximately three feet of water was in the communal entrance to a block of flats in Chesham as flash floods hit Bucks.
Bucks Fire and Rescue received reports of external flooding affecting the communal entrance to flats on Wednesday at around 5.38pm.
The flats were located on Broad Street in Chesham.

One fire engine and crew from Beaconsfield attended the scene, along with an officer.
The firefighters used a pump and two main jets to help clear the water.
