TELEVISION’S highest ranking and most decorated SAS leader and sniper will take to the stage in a fascinating new show about his life.

Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham is heading to the Wycombe Swan next year in ‘An Audience With’ show hosted and produced by endurance world record breaker Mark Llewhellin.

Billy is a former SAS Sergeant Major Class One - but after his military career, he went on to become a bodyguard to the stars.

He helped look after A-listers including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Russell Crowe, Sir Michael Caine, Tom Cruise, Jude Law and more.

So it is fair to say Billy has a lot to talk about - and he will be sharing some of his most inspirational stories and experiences live on stage.

Billy was awarded an MBE by the Queen for leading a hostage rescue mission, received the Queens Commendation for Bravery and has lead countless successful missions.

Mark joined the Parachute Regiment in 1983 and served until 1991 in a number of positions including patrol commander for operational tours across the world and served as a training instructor for the regiments as a military specialist.

In 1991 he joined the SAS as a mountain troop specialist and was responsible for planning and executing strategic operations and training at the highest level in locations including Iraq, Africa, Afghanistan and South America.

He also led a string of hostage rescues.

The decorated war hero, who has also starred in TV’s SAS Who Dares Wins, is a certified SF and Counter Terrorist Sniper instructor, advanced evasive driving instructor, tracking/jungle warfare/navigation instructor and demolition/sabotage instructor.

He has also found the time to become a ski mountaineering/rock climbing/abseiling/ice climbing instructor, combat survival instructor, Counter Terrorist instructor and has worked as a patrol medic/trauma life support agent for five hospital attachments.

His show at the Wycombe Swan in St Mary Street on Wednesday, February 10, at 7.30pm, will be a chance for fans to hear some of his incredible experiences in person.

But not only that, he will be taking part in a Q&A session at the end so fans can ask their burning questions - and even meet him at the end.

The thrilling evening was originally set to take place in October but has had to be postponed because of the coronavirus outbreak.

If you had tickets for the original show, they will still be valid for the rescheduled date and you do not need to do anything.
