Bucks Fire and Rescue received reports at around 9.49am that the power line had dropped in Northcut Lane, Ashley Green.
Three fire engines, one from Amersham, one from Aylesbury and one from Berkhamsted and an officer attended the scene, which was left with UK Power Networks.
