OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

EVALT PACARA, 48, of Turner Drive, Oxford, admitted driving at 59mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road on January 16. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as court costs of £40. He driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

JAN-DUMITRU POPA, 40, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, admitted driving at a speed exceeding 70mph on the M4 in Berkshire on June 6. He was fined £206, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

HEATHER ANN PRETORIUS, 55, of Orchard Rise, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone on Ardley Road on January 15 as well as driving at 60mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 in Bicester on January 19. She was fined £140 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £64. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN JOSEPH STALLARD, 47, of Westland Road, Faringdon, admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 on January 17. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £40. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

BILLY JO DAVID FLOYD, otherwise known as Billy Dingle, admitted drink-driving on Denchworth Road on June 1. He had 91mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for his alcohol dependency problem with probation services for nine months and pay a victim surcharge of £85. He has also been disqualified from driving for 18 months.

DARIUS SKOP, 35, of Chruch Street, Didcot, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on December 1, 2019. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £100 in court costs. He has been disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MALACHI MUOTAT CHARLES, 38, of Bartsia Road, Bicester, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on January 28. He was fined £307 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32. He must also forfeit the drugs to be destroyed.

IMRAN KHAN, 35, of Kenilworth Avenue, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on St Aldate’s, Oxford, on July 10. He had 66mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £380, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court cost of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for three years.

ADRIAN PATRICK RYAN, 32, of Astrop Lane, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on St Nicholas Road, Oxford, on July 11. He had 56mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JOHN ERIC WELLER, 34, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving on Mably Way, Wantage, on February 4. He had 49mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He also admitted obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty on February 4 and failing to stop when required to do so by a police officer. He was fined £430, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Peter BROWN, 34, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to comply with supervision on July 28. He was jailed for 14 days.

KIMBERLEY JADE GORMLEY, 31, of Hart Place, Bicester, admitted entering a premises in Bicester in contravention of a closure order on July 14. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £40.

KELVIN ANDREW GREEN, 44, of no fixed abode, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order on August 11 in Steventon. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.

Miles Anthony OXLADE, 33, of Golby Road, Bloxham, admitted attempted to enter Bloxham Fish Bar and Co Op Bloxham as a trespasser with intent to steal on January 30. Also admitted entering Joiners Arms as a trespasser and stealing four bottles of spirits to a value unknown. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and he must complete 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £100.

ANDREA MARTIN, 41, of Shirburn Street, Watlington, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on March 21 in Watlington. Had 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Also admitted drink driving in Watlington on March 26. Had 92mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was disqualified from driving for 36 months. Must also pay a £200 fine, an £85 victim surcharge and court costs of £85.

PRZEMYSLAW MICHALCZYK, 40, of West End, Witney, admitted assaulting a man and a woman in Witney on May 30 as well as causing criminal damage to a window to a value unknown. He was fined a total of £800 and must pay a victim surcharge of £80, court costs of £85 and compensation totalling £175.

KIER MCBEAN, 28, of Ridge Close, Banbury, admitted drink driving on June 27 in Enstone. Had 67mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £373 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KRZYSZTOF SYMONOWICZ, 54, of Heather Close, Carterton, admitted drink driving on June 27 in Burford and driving without a licence. Had 61mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £280 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £83 court costs and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

PATRICK KEENAN, 35, of Pegasus Road, Oxford, admitted stealing six cans of Jack Daniels from Nisa supermarket on August 11 and stealing and assaulting a man in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for two years and must pay a fine of £76, compensation of £35, and a £34 victim surcharge.

LIAM QUINN, 25, of Trinity Close, Banbury, admitted drug driving and possession of cannabis on January 4 in Banbury. He was fined £443, must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for three years.
