FIFTY Rolls Royce and Bentley cars went on display under glorious sunshine outside Oxfordshire's Blenheim Palace in June 1975.
The event - organised by the Oxford section of the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts' Club - drew in owners from all across the country and hundreds of visitors.
Captain Ralph Symmons, the Oxford dental surgeon and chairman and founder of the club, said: "We always like to have a rally at Blenheim.
"It's a fantastic setting for the cars and, as usual, the weather has been kind to us."
