A postal delivery company whose headquarters are in Marlow hasbecome the seventh-largest private business in the Thames Valley.

Whistl HQ, which is based on Fieldhouse Lane, recently enjoyed a yearly £600m plus turnover, according to the 2020 Thames Valley 250, published by Business Magazine.

The company was created when the UK postal market was opened to competition in 2004, allowing companies to collect and sort business mail and pass on to Royal Mail for delivery.

Alongside an existing doordrop marketing service, the company has expanded from business mail into parcels, both in the UK and internationally.

It has seen significant growth in recent years as it has moved into fulfilment with warehousing, pick and pack and contact centre management for medium-sized brands and retailers.

As well as the Marlow HQ, the company has operations throughout the UK.
