A man has been charged in connection with an apparent attack at a newsagent last Autumn.

On November 1 last year, a 26-year-old man sustained an injury after being 'assaulted' at the Yellow Parrott Off Licence store in Kingsbury Square, Aylesbury.

Idnan Khan, aged 24, of St Anthony’s Close in Aylesbury, was charged on Friday (September 11) with a count each of Section 18 GBH and possession of a bladed article.

Khan appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (September 12).

He was remanded into custody and his next court appearance will be at Aylesbury Crown Court on 26 October.
