August 6:

ROBERT MCGEACHIE, 41, of Ralphs Ride, Bracknell, admitted criminal damage, destroying a cordless phone with answering machine worth £95, belonging to Thames Valley Police in Reading on April 21, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 6 months. Also ordered to pay £95 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs. 

THOMAS CARTER, 22, of Deepfield Road, Bracknell, admitted drug-driving on Horsneile Lane, Bracknell, on April 2. Found to have over 5.6mcg cannabis in the blood. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for 12 months. 

 

August 11:

 

JAMIE HAWKINS, 22, of Lysander Drive, Bracknell, admitted trespass in proximity of railway/on railway property at Midgham railway station, West Berks., on February 20. Also admitted commission of a further offence during a period of suspended sentence for an offence of fraud by false representations, made on April 4, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Also suspended sentence of 18 months. Also rehabilitation activity requirement.
