Plans have been submitted to build fifteen new properties for people aged over 65 in Stokenchurch.

The proposal seeks full planning permission for the demolition of the existing outbuildings current located on the land adjacent to Bangalore House and Falcon Court on Wycombe Road.

In the place of the former outbuildings, 15 properties, including a mix of flats and houses, will be constructed, complete with parking and amenity space.

This plan involves erecting a single building with a courtyard.

The building would provide 15 units of accommodation that would be restricted to those aged 65 and over.

The breakdown of the new buildings will be nine one-bedroom houses, four two-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom houses.
