In the place of the former outbuildings, 15 properties, including a mix of flats and houses, will be constructed, complete with parking and amenity space.
This plan involves erecting a single building with a courtyard.
The building would provide 15 units of accommodation that would be restricted to those aged 65 and over.
The breakdown of the new buildings will be nine one-bedroom houses, four two-bedroom apartments, and two two-bedroom houses.
