CONVERT: Plans have been approved in Stainton
PLANS have been approved to convert an incomplete swimming pool house into a home.
An application to convert a pool house in Stone Close, Stainton has been green lit by South Lakeland District Council.
The proposal, put forward by applicant Keith Robinson, details plans to transform the unfinished pool house into a residential bungalow.
Plans have also been approved to construct a new garage adjacent to the pool house.
According to plans, the pool house has no 'cost effective use' other than residential conversion.
