PLANS have been submitted to build new four bedroom detached houses on Thorncliffe Road in Barrow.
The decision on whether the two houses would be built is still pending following a consultation period, which ends on October 20.
United Utilities have raised concern as it lies on a Groundwater Source Protection Zone. However, a report suggests this can be protected as another similar project has been.
