More coronavirus mobile testing sites are coming to Buckinghamshire over the coming week in a bid to stop the spread of the illness across the county.

This is where you can get tested this coming week:

  • High Wycombe - Saturday, October 3, Sunday, October 4
  • Marlow - Monday, October 5
  • Aylesbury - Tuesday, October 6, Wednesday, October 7, Thursday, October 8

Residents are being urged not to try and book a test unless you have coronavirus symptoms or unless you have been specifically advised to get one by a medical professional.

You can arrange a test for someone else in your household if they have symptoms.

Symptoms include:

  • A new continuous cough
  • A loss or change to sense of smell or taste
  • High temperature

Tests at mobile sites should always be booked first and are not available on a ‘drop-in’ basis.

Further details of the testing sites will be provided on booking.

To arrange a test, and for the latest guidance, go to www.gov.uk/coronavirus and click on the appropriate link for you within the ‘testing’ section of information.

It is also possible to order a home testing kit via the website.

If the mobile testing sites are fully booked, you will be offered testing at the next-closest location.

A testing centre operating in Slough is also currently open to Buckinghamshire residents, for booked-in visits only.
