September 7
- Martyn Lovett, 32, of Rayners Avenue, Loudwater. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Warwick Avenue, High Wycombe, on June 13. Fined £330. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 39 months.
- Ricky Norris, 33, of The Kennels, Halton. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Marroway, Weston Turville, on May 5. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
- Mohammed Butt, 32, of Upper Gladstone Road, Chesham. Using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent of cause fear of violence on July 8 in Aylesbury. Fined £120. Costs £117.
- Petra Roswall, 50, of Blackgrove Road, Waddesdon. Assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police constable, in Waddesdon on February 5. Fined £200. Costs £119.
September 8
- Michael Hawkes, 66, of Gomm Place, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in Gomm Place on September 6. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Costs £107.
- Phillip Roots, 47, of Straight Bit, Flackwell Heath. Assault by beating in Beaconsfield on March 6. Community order made. Participation in an accredited programme. Costs £175.
- Alan Morris, 47, of Monkton Lane, Little Marlow. Driving over the 40mph speed limit on the M4 on January 18. No information about recorded speed. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £153. Costs £85. Driving record endorsed with three points.
- Alan Morris, 47, of Monkton Lane, Little Marlow. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Holtspur Lane, Wooburn Green, on December 3, 2019. The recorded speed was 42mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £307. Costs £131. Driving record endorsed with four points.
