A plan has been submitted to demolish a High Wycombe home and build nine new apartments on the land.

The proposed development, at 5 Plomer Hill, High Wycombe, would see six two-bedroom apartments and three one-bedroom apartments built in the place of the existing two-storey house.

The new apartments would be built in a single block with associated car and cycle parking, private bin store and external landscaping completed as part of the proposal.

High Wycombe town centre is a 10-15 minute walk from the property, with both the train and bus station in close proximity for potential future residents.

The plans will now be looked at by Buckinghamshire Council, who will decide whether to permit the application.
