A High Wycombe man has been given a suspended sentence for sharing private sexual photographs of a woman.

Mark Goddard, 60, was given a jail term of eight weeks, suspended for 24 months, at a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court last month.

The Totteridge Road resident was charged with three counts of disclosing private sexual photographs or films with intent to cause distress.

The crimes happened on January 3 this year and all involve the same victim.

In a magistrates’ court hearing on September 15, Goddard was given a restraining order preventing him from getting in touch with the woman and a suspended jail sentence.

He must also carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £200 in costs.
