An Oxfordshire-based housing association have bought 100 houses in Buckinghamshire.
Soha Housing, which is based in Didcot, purchased the homes in Beaconsfield and Chesham, which add to their properties in High Wycombe and Marlow.

“We are a local, not for profit, community landlord owned by our residents and staff.
“We exist to deliver excellent services to our residents, and build new homes for people who need them.
“As a local landlord we are always interested in how we can build and deliver more homes in our operating area which we aim to keep around an hour’s drive from our Didcot HQ.”
