A proposal has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council seeking to build a new residential development of 43 homes.
The proposal seeks to build the new homes on the the land to the north of Terriers Lodge on Amersham Road in High Wycombe.

The development would see a range of new homes, varying from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom homes.
48 per cent of the properties would be defined as affordable housing, according to the developers.
New pedestrian and cycle links will be built within the site, should the proposal be given the go-ahead.
