A teenage boy was stabbed in the buttock and hit in the face with a chain by four men in High Wycombe.
The boy was walking along Bridge Street on Tuesday, October 20, at around 3.30pm when he was approached by four men.
Following a fight, the boy was hit in the face with a chain and stabbed in the left buttock.
He had to be treated by paramedics.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Amy Hennah, based at High Wycombe police station said: “This was an isolated incident that took place during the day on a busy street and may have been witnessed by others.
