  • Neil Bird, 38, of Station Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Marlow Road, High Wycombe, on December 13, 2019. Had an excess amount of Benzoylecgonine in their blood. Fined £120. Costs £117.02. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 

October 6 

  • Jordan MacKay, 20, of Copes Shroves, Hazlemere. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Roberts Ride, Hazlemere, on February 14. Had an excess amount of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £150. Costs £117. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 
  • Adrian Moise, 24, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe. Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. Had a wooden baton near the Guildhall in High Wycombe on December 1, 2019. Community order made – must carry out 100 hours of unpaid worker over the next 12 months. Costs £175. Wooden baton forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Tammy Towner, 43, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Theft in dwelling. Stole £35 in cash and other items in High Wycombe on September 2, 2019. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 18 months. Must comply with requirements including participating in an accredited programme. Compensation £35. 
  • Tammy Towner, 43, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Assault by beating at Sainsbury’s in Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield, on January 31. Compensation £50. Theft from a shop. On January 31, stole three bottles of Glen’s vodka valued at £51 from Sainsbury’s in Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield. No separate penalty. 
  • Tammy Towner, 43, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. Stole an elephant statue worth £100 from the British Heart Foundation in High Wycombe on October 1, 2019. Compensation £100. Assault by beating in High Wycombe on October 1, 2019. Compensation £20. 
  • Sonny Mahey, 33, of Viridian Square, Aylesbury. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm. On October 5, 2019, assaulted a woman in Aylesbury. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months. Must participate in an accredited programme for 19 days. Compensation £250. Costs £213. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on October 5, 2019. Compensation £50. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on October 5, 2019. Compensation £50. Racially/religiously aggravated fear/provocation of violence by words/writing. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, suspended for 24 months. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. Damaged a police van on October 5, 2019, in Aylesbury. Compensation £79. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence made by High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court. Fined £100. 
  • Mohammed Hasnain, 21, of Hampden Road, Aylesbury. Possession with intent to supply class B drugs. On October 3, 2018, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Community order made – must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Costs £175. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. Possession with intent to supply class B drugs. On October 8, 2019, in Aylesbury, had a quantity of cannabis. Community order made. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Paul Byrne, 49, of Cedar Avenue, Hazlemere. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Hammersley Lane, Penn, on April 17. Fined £350. Costs £120. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. 
  • Deividas Taraskevicius, 25, of Desborough Road, High Wycombe. Driving a vehicle without third part insurance in London Road, Wokingham, on October 9, 2019. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for six months. 
  • Marc Tenza, 31, of Maxwell Road, Beaconsfield. Failure to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required between November 4, 2019, and December 2, 2019. Fined £660. Costs £151. 
  • Ann Allen, 61, of Mill Lane, Monks Risborough. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Aylesbury Road, Monks Risborough, on November 17, 2019. Th recorded speed was 36mph. Fined £40. Costs £117. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. 
  • Martin Cramp, 48, of Grenville Green, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class A. On January 9, had one wrap of crack cocaine in their possession in Aylesbury. Fined £120. Costs £117. Crack cocaine forfeited and destroyed.
