We're halfway through the month and so far a number of cases have been brought before the courts.
Many suspects have faced judges and juries already this month and below are three people that now face lengthy sentences behind bars after sentencings.
Yasar Mahmood, 32, High Wycombe
Yasar Mahmood, 32, of Upper Green Street in High Wycombe was jailed for three-and-a-half years after he pleaded guilty to drug crimes.
At Aylesbury Crown Court on November 10, he pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a controlled drug of Class A with intent to supply.
Mahmood was arrested on October 9, 2018, and was charged on June 18, 2020.

Sharmarke Hassan, 24, Milton Keynes
Sharmarke Hassan, 24, of Boycott Avenue in Milton Keynes was jailed for three years for several drug offences.
He pleaded guilty to one count each of possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin in a hearing at Aylesbury Crown Court on Friday, October 9.
After a warrant was granted in March 2019, Hassan was found in possession of a ball of drugs that were in his trousers, £500 in cash, and a mobile phone.
He was charged that same month.
