Three small apartment blocks of flats will provide 21 of the new properties, with the remaining 20 properties being spread across the site.
Two of the apartment blocks are planned to be two-storey buildings, with the remaining block set to be a three-storey development.
Should the proposal be given the green light, a new access road will be constructed from Clay Hill.
Developers also wish to construct a central open space with a play area, surrounded with trees.
Included in the plans are 76 allocated parking spaces for residents, as well as a further 19 visitor car parking spaces.
