PEOPLE on Twitter have been revelling in the good news about the Oxford vaccine.
Earlier today it was revealed that the Oxford University coronavirus vaccine is 70 per cent effective.
AstraZeneca and Oxford University announced their jab is effective in preventing many people from getting ill and it has been shown to work in different age groups, including the elderly.
Those on Twitter have seen the good news as an opportunity to poke fun at Oxbridge rivalries.

Don't want to big-up my sex too much - women don't do that - but can't help but note the big thing about the Oxford vaccine is that you can "store it in a normal fridge." Of course it took women to invent a vaccine you can store in a normal fridge.
