  • Darrell Presland, 24, of Grymsdyke Road, Wiggington. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Ellesborough Road, Ellesborough, on January 12. The recorded speed was 47mph. Fined £153. Costs £117. Disqualified from driving for 14 days. 

October 23

  • Courtney Simmons, 19, of Bittenham Close, Stone. Harassment. On February 12, caused a fear that violence would have been used in Aylesbury on the bus and at the One Stop in Meadowcroft. Communuty order made. Curfew with electronic monitoring for one month. Restraining order made. Compensation £100. Using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Aylesbury on February 12. Community order made. Curfew with electronic monitoring for one month. Compensation £50. 
  • Tawfiq Ali, 42, of Victoria Street, High Wycombe. Sending a letter/communication/article conveying a threatening message in High Wycombe. On March 4, made a telephone call which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety. Fined £200. Compensation £50. Costs £85. 
  • Lisa Largey, 32, of Wellesbourne Gardens, High Wycombe. Attempted theft from a motor vehicle in High Wycombe on January 4. Community order made – must participate in an accredited programme for 30 days. Compensation £200. Costs £85. Racially/religiously aggravated common assault/beating in High Wycombe on January 4. Community order made. 
  • Johnny Delaney, 18, of Oakley Road, Worminghall. Driving over the 70mph speed limit on the M40 between junction 2 and junction 3 on May 31. The recorded speed is not available. Fined £200. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 30 days. 

October 26 

  • Joanna Loftus-Holt, 27, of Chiltern Heights, Little Chalfont. Driving over the drink-drive limit on White Lion Road, Little Chalfont, on August 31. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. 
  • Hodan Kheyre, 34, of Wyndham Crescent, Burnham. Driver of a vehicle that failed to stop after a road accident. Did not stop after causing damage to another vehicle on Wyndham Crescent, Burnham, on June 11. Fined £107. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Wyndham Crescent in Burnham on June 11. Fined £161. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. 
  • Andrew Frost, 33, of Somerville Way, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on July 9. Community order made. Must carry out unpaid work for 240 hours. Compensation £85. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. Damaged a license plate valued at £15 in Somerville Way, Aylesbury, on July 9. Community order made. Compensation £15. Costs £180.   • Reynold Sutherland, 67, of Marlow Road, Cressex. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Amersham Road, High Wycombe, on June 14. Fined £385. Costs £123. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. 
  • Michaela Almond, 25, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe. Theft from a shop. On September 5, stole four pairs of men’s shoes from Marks and Spencer in Aylesbury valued at £244. Committed to prison for 16 weeks because she said she would not comply with a community order. Costs £128. 
  • Amanda Brodala, 58, of Sayward Close, Chesham. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Sunnyside Road in Chesham on September 6. Fined £200. Costs £199. Disqualified from driving for 25 months.

  • Jamie Sturges, 28, of Patrick Way, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug-drive limit on Chalgrove Walk, Aylesbury, on April 23. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 
  • Christopher Cullen, 48, of Walton Place, Weston Turville. Driving whilst disqualified in Aylesbury Road, Princes Risborough, on March 11. Community order made. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. Costs £180. Driving record endorsed. Driving without third party insurance on Aylesbury Road, Princes Risborough, on March 11. Driving record endorsed with six points.
