A 42-year-old man has been jailed for breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Luke O’Brien,42, of Sion Terrace, Tingewick, near Buckingham pleaded guilty at Oxford Magistrates Court on Wednesday last week.
He was sentenced to 20 weeks’ imprisonment on the same day.
The conviction relates to an incident the day before in the Boots store on Sheep Street, Bicester.

O’Brien breached the CBO, which prevented him from entering stores on Sheep Street and stores in the Cherwell Crime Partnership, taking a number of products from the store.
Investigating officer PC Kate Ford, based at Bicester police station, said: “This sentence shows the power of a Criminal Behaviour Order, which can be applied for on the back of a shoplifting conviction.
“I hope that this sends out a strong message to other offenders that the police, the community, local businesses and the courts will not tolerate this behaviour, particular in these unprecedented times with businesses struggling to keep their doors open.”
