A proposal has been submitted to build five new properties in a Stokenchurch cul-de-sac.

The plans, which relate to the development in Orchard Place and The Crescent in Stokenchurch, would see rear extensions on one of the existing buildings in the cul-de-sac to create two two-bedroom homes and the addition of three two-bedroom homes on another building.

All main living spaces in the new properties would face the existing courtyard, if the plans are given the green light.

Access for cars accessing the new properties would be from the cul-de-sac road from the Common, through Rose Corner, with new car parking spaces being proposed to be built at the back of the development.

A total of ten new spaces would be constructed to accommodate the new residents.
