Marlow schoolchildren are on a mission to spread festive cheer throughout the town this December.

St Peter’s Primary School pupils and parents have been decorating the windows of their houses and have created a trail of more than 30 windows for residents to follow.

Displays include reindeer, cribs and animals, stars, Father Christmas, an electric train, light projections and lots of sparkle.

Five-year-old Micael, who decorated a window, said: “The windows are so nice and I love the snow decorations.”

And Jennifer Boyle, a parent and teacher at the school said: “Christmas is such an exciting time of year. We can’t all meet inside this December so we wanted to create an activity that all the children and people in Marlow can do.”

The trail is available to follow from now until the end of December and covers the length and breadth of the town.

It includes homes in Seymour Court Road, Butler Court, Crown Road, Malthouse Way and Riverpark Drive.
