Thames Valley Police would like to speak to three people following a robbery in Aylesbury.

At around 12.10am on Sunday, September 20, two men and a woman were sitting on a bench between the Horse and Jockey pub and Prince Rupert Drive, when they were approached by three men.

They asked if the people on the bench had anything on them before they chased one of the men, while shooting BB pellets at him.

The man suffered minor injuries.

The woman was also shot with the BB gun which led to hospital treatment being required for facial injuries.

She has since been discharged.

The man who assaulted the woman then punched and kicked the other man who had remained on the bench.

The perpetrators then made off towards Prince Rupert Drive and took a handbag which contained phones and bank cards.

One of the stolen bank cards was used later that day in stores in Cambridge.
