  • Jamie Andrews, 20, of Witham Way, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class B in Aylesbury. On October 18, had in possession two small bags of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £107. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed.
  • John Sullivan, 39, of Marlow Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Crest Road, High Wycombe, on October 16. Fined £440. Costs £129. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Yasset Bogui, 29, of Cressex Road, High Wycombe. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Community order made. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £230. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.
  • Andrei Oltu, 34, of Desborough Road, High Wycombe. Possession of a knife blade in a public place. Had a large, black-handled kitchen knife on West Wycombe Road in High Wycombe on November 25 without reason. Community order made – must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £175.
  • Valenica Kuba-Twengi, 19, of Friarscroft Way, Aylesbury. Racially/religiously aggravated fear/provocation of violence by words/writing on August 26 in Aylesbury. Community order made. Must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Using threatening/abusive/insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 26 in Aylesbury. Community order made. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on August 26, 2019. Community order made. Compensation £100. Owner/person in charge of a dog dangerously out of control (no injury). In Alfred Rose Park in Aylesbury on August 26, 2019, was in a charge of a Pitbull cross that was dangerously out of control. Community order made. On August 28, 2019, in Aylesbury, used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made.
  • Edward Ray, 38, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified on Conegra Road in high Wycombe on July 27. Committed to prison for one week, suspended for 12 months. Must carry out unpaid work for 150 hours. Costs £213.
  • Jamie Lane, 29, of Bay Tree Close, Loudwater. Assault by beating of an emergency worker. In High Wycombe on August 17, assaulted a police officer. Community order made. Must have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Compensation £50. Costs £175.
  • David Loveday, 64, of Campbells Road, Holmer Green. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Campbells Ride, Holmer Green, on April 28. Community order made – must have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months. Fined £80. Costs £180. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

  • Benjamin Hargreaves, 37, of Highwood Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe, on July 15, 2019. The recorded speed was 35mph.   • Larry Brooks, 68, of Hay Lane, Fulmer. Driving a large goods vehicle on High Street, Langley, on May 19, 2019, over the 30mph speed limit. The recorded speed was 35mph. Fined £68. Costs £32. Driving record endorsed with three points.
