Plans to convert space above a shop in High Wycombe into new flats have been given the green light.
The site is located within the town centre at 30 White Hart Street, adjacent to the High Wycombe Town Conservation Area.
Currently, the majority of the ground floor and part of first floor is used by Millets - with ancillary office space as well.
The retail unit will remain on the ground floor of the property.
Space classified by developers as 'underused' on the first floor of the property will be converted into four of the flats.
Alterations will be made to the space in the loft in order to create the remaining three self-contained residential dwellings.
Six windows with Juliet balconies will be inserted on the second floor, alongside 12 additional windows on the first floor.
