If approved, three one bedroom flats will be built in the space, served by new access and complete with new access, external works, bin and cycle stores.

37 Downs Park, High Wycombe

This household has submitted an application to construct a new part single, part two storey side and rear extension, following the demolition of existing garage.

A roof light will also be inserted to the rear elevation and the existing dropped kerb will be widened, should the application be approved.

Merry Lea, Wexham Park Lane, Wexham

A planning application has been submitted to demolish the existing property and detached garage and erect a new dwelling in its place.

151 Ashford Road, Iver Heath

Similar to the planning application listed above, this property in Iver Heath could be demolished and replaced with a new dwelling - should this planning application be given the green light.

36 Lowndes Avenue, Chesham

A new property could be built in Chesham.

Developers wish to build a new detached dwelling to the rear of 36 Lowndes Avenue, with a new vehicular and pedestrian access from Stanley Avenue set to be built - if the application is approved.
