Images have emerged of a man who was allegedly seen fly-tipping in High Wycombe.

In the afternoon of January 19, a man was caught on camera by a 'concerned' resident apparently dumping items such as duvets in an alleyway between Upper Green Street and Kitchener Road.

The apparent fly-tip is being investigated by the Buckinghamshire Council fly-tipping team.

If someone is caught fly-tipping, they could get a fine of £400.
