Jose Mourinho will sit in the away dugout at Adams Park on Monday night as Wycombe face Tottenham in the FA Cup fourth round.

The Spur’s boss is one of Europe’s serial winners and Gareth Ainsworth has been very open on how highly he regards the Portuguese.

The winning mentality of Mourinho is something the Wycombe boss admires massively and an ethos he is trying to instill at Adams Park.

Ainsworth said: “Jose Mourinho is a winner, he wants to win trophies.

“I am a massive fan of him because he's a winner.

“He's won titles in various countries. He's won cups. 

“That's what football management is all about.

“You ask me what my job is? My job is to win games."

The Wycombe boss believes that people expect the ‘norm’ but Mourinho brings something different which scares opposition.

The manager continued: “I think he's different. 

“I think I can I can relate to that slightly.

“I think Mourinho is different and that scares people, people want the norm.”
