A plan has been submitted to build a new two-storey block of flats accommodating five self-contained flats in Iver Heath.
The location of the proposed new block will be in the vacant land at the end of Laurels Road, Iver Heath.

Garages that were previously on the site had been left vacant and have since been demolished.
The main access to the new development would remain unaltered via end road of Laurels Road, if the approval is given the go-ahead.of
A total of nine parking spaces and ten bicycle parking spaces would be provided.

The proposed scheme would include a converted loft to accommodate the five flats.
There are two two-bedroom family flats proposed on the ground level with their own garden.
The first floor would consist of a two-bedroom flat and a single studio flat.
A one-bedroom unit is proposed spread across the loft floor.
