A horse was rescued after it was found on its side in a field.
Firefighters from Gerrards Cross and Berkshire (Caversham Road and Dee Road), along with an officer and a vet, were called out to Oxford Road, Denham, at 2.28pm yesterday (Sunday).
Crews used hydraulic lifting equipment to help the horse and left it in the care of its owner.

It comes after Bucks firefighters were called out to a number of incidents over the weekend, including one where three people had to be rescued after their car became stuck in floodwater in Leckhampstead.

They also battled a fire in Milton Keynes that saw a man suffer burns and several properties damaged, and rescued a driver from a car after it skidded into a hedge in Whaddon.
