An investigation is underway after police were called to an area of Buckinghamshire following the discovery of a 'cannabis set up'.

In a brief Facebook post that was published by Thames Valley Police Milton Keynes on Saturday, January 30, it was revealed that the drugs were located in Oldbrook, an area of Milton Keynes.

It is not known how long the plants have been growing for and it is not known if any arrests have been made.

In their Facebook post, TVP MK said: “Police were called to a cannabis growing setup in Oldbrook.

“They located lots of cannabis plants that had been grown.

“The investigation is ongoing at this time.”

The discovery was made just eight days after an address in Tattenhoe, which is also in Milton Keynes, was raided due to drug-related crimes.

Following the raid, a 32-year-old man was arrested.
