With weather warnings in place amid Storm Darcy, there has been snow showers of varying intensity across Bucks over the last couple of days.

And according to the Chiltern Weather Alerts team, snow showers have "gained intensity" over the last hour or so, with more snow moving down into the southern half of the Chilterns.

Whether it will settle or not depends on the temperature in individual areas, but there have been reports of light snow in High Wycombe, Amersham and Aylesbury today.

In their latest update, Chiltern Weather Alerts said: "The snow showers have formed into one large snow streamer. This has gained intensity over the last hour or so.

"We should see some more snow move down to to the southern half of the Chilterns too.

"Temperatures are ranging from 0.7° to -1.5°. This could last for a while, depending if it keeps streaming from the coast."
