Plans submitted to demolish three shops and build eight new flats
A proposal has been put forward to demolish three shops in High Wycombe in order to build eight new flats.
Currently, a barber, a newsagent and a fruit and vegetable wholesaler occupy the land on on 175-179 Gordon Road, close to London Road.

Three of the new flats will be two bedroom and five of the new properties will be one bedroom, should the application be given the go-ahead by the council.

A new access road will also be built, alongside bin storage and bicycle storage.
