January 5

  • Sam Turner, 26, of Howards Wood Drive, Gerrards Cross. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of driving a vehicle in Stoke Mandeville on June 29, 2020. Fined £200. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. 
  • Daniel Wickes, 54, of Tilling Crescent, High Wycombe. Seen with an open can of alcohol in public which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order in High Wycombe on February 4. Community order made. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £180. 
  • Kevin Behan, 35, of Village Road, Whelpley Hill. Driving over the drink-drive limit in Church Road, Iver, on December 7, 2019. Fined £450. Costs £1,045. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 
  • Shahed Kayani, 51, of Desborough Road, High Wycombe. Assault by beating at Corals bookmakers on Desborough Road, High Wycombe, on November 19, 2019. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order. Compensation £100. Costs £400. 
  • Sukhpal Singh, 42, of Oakridge Road, High Wycombe. In High Wycombe between December 1, 2019, and Thursday, February 6, 2020, pursued a course of conduct that amounted to harassment of another person by sending numerous messages and making calls. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 20 months. Restraining order made. Costs £522. 
  • Alexander Wiltshire, 28, of Meadowcroft, Aylesbury. Entered a premises in Mitcham Walk, Aylesbury, in contravention of a closure order on July 8, 2020. Fined £80. Costs £34.

  • Courtnay Bamford, 35, of Griffin Place, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled drug of class A (heroin). In Aylesbury on April 12, 2020, had a quantity of diamorphine in their possession. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £22. Diamorphine forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Simon Miller, 36, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. Theft. On October 29, 2020, stole various items belonging to The Range in Aylesbury. Community order made – must have treatment for drug dependency and participate in an accredited programme for 19 days. 
  • Simon Miller, 36, of Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury. Theft from a shop. Stole Gillette razors valued at £140 belonging to Morrisons in Aylesbury on December 1, 2020. Community order made. Costs £95. 
  • Sean Fitzgerald, 29, of Manor Road, Aylesbury. Affray. On December 29, 2019, in Aylesbury, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another. Fined £580. Costs £143. 
  • Yvette Maxwell, 52, of Scarlett Avenue, Wendover. Using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Wendover on October 27, 2020.
